Description / Description
Network administrators take care of a system of computers that are linked together. There are so-called LANs and WANs, which are local- or wide-area networks: LANs are normally confined to one building, whereas WANs can be up to international-size networks. Their work includes everything from initial installation of hardware and software, maintenance and upkeep of the system, responsibility for security, diagnosing and correcting faults, training staff in its use and also to have overall responsibility for its development and regular up-dating.
