Building service technicians design proposals and calculate costs for service installations such as: ventilation, heating, sanitary and air-conditioning systems and heat reclamation plants. When planning, they use the most up-to-date solutions and technologies to insure the highest cost-effectiveness within the budgets they are allowed. If their tender is successful, they must then calculate the amount of materials needed, make detailed installation plans, work schedules and lists of deadlines that must be met, etc. On site, they then supervise the installation, bring the finished work into service and instruct the user personnel and provide them with all the necessary manuals.
