Insurance claims official

Insurance claims official
Description / Description
When an insurance company receives a claim on one of its policies, it is handled by an insurance settler, who then deals directly with the person or company making the claim, and checks all the details and makes out the necessary paperwork. If the claim is a relatively small and simple case, they will probably settle the arrangements themselves. However, when the situation is more complicated and more details are called for they will probably call in a claims inspector, who will then carry out a more detailed and thorough investigation, perhaps calling in the police where criminal activity or fraud is suspected: in other cases perhaps asking for further expert advice.
